The Cake


I wanted to make Whisky a birthday cake and finally got around to it this weekend. I found a simple peanut butter/carrot cake...that really a human could eat. Don't think I didn't take a nibble! Once it was finished I frosted it with some fat free cream cheese and crumbled some Beggin Strips on top. Oh boy was he ready to eat it. I have been giving him a slice a night since I made it and it seriously takes him about 2 seconds to scarf it down. He is the biggest pig!
