For New Years I made my first ham. I went with the Alton Brown City Ham recipe, because I love Alton Brown. He's the coolest cooking geek out there and has some really good recipes. This ham was baked, the fat was removed and then it was rubbed down with mustard, sprinkled with brown sugar, sprayed with bourbon and sprinkled with gingersnaps. Then it was shoved into our mouths. Sooooooooooo good!
